Gold and Silver Price Forecast Today, 25 September 2026: Two Tickets Stopped Out, Two Closed Ahead

Gold and Silver Price Forecast Today, 25 September 2026: Two Tickets Stopped Out, Two Closed Ahead

Here is the gold price forecast today, 25 September 2026, and it is the post I have been waiting weeks to be able to write.

Yesterday I published four live tickets on this blog before I knew how any of them would end. Two of them were stopped out for a loss. The other two banked their first target and closed ahead of entry.

And the rule I wrote down yesterday, the one about what happens when H4 turns, fired today exactly as described.

Losses first, because that is the order that makes everything else worth reading.

Gold Price Forecast Today: H4 Has Flipped and the Verdict Is NO TRADE

The panel on gold now reads:

  • Sniper Direction: NO TRADE
  • Entry timeframes: M15 UP, M30 UP, H1 UP
  • Direction: H4 UP, D1 DOWN
  • Status: Stand aside

Yesterday both of those direction rows read DOWN. Today H4 has flipped UP while D1 has not.

The two gatekeepers disagree. So there is no verdict, so there is no ticket, and every sell position the tool authorised yesterday has lost its justification.

Here is what I wrote in yesterday’s post, before any of this happened:

“H4 and D1 must stay DOWN. The moment either one turns, the Sniper Direction on gold changes and every open ticket loses its justification. That is a NO TRADE day and you take it without complaint.”

That was published Thursday morning. On Friday, H4 turned.

I am not telling you this because I predicted it. I did not predict it, and the tool does not predict it either. I am telling you because the rule was written down in advance, in public, and then it did the thing it said it would do. That is the only kind of evidence worth anything in this business.

Gold is trading at 4306.43.

Yesterday’s Four Tickets: Two Stopped Out

Gold M15: Stopped at 4292.21

Gold technical analysis today M15 chart showing price running through yesterday's stop level
Gold M15. The sell entered at 4279.19. Price is now 4306.43. That stop went.

Yesterday’s published M15 ticket:

  • Signal Entry: 4279.19 (sell)
  • Stop Loss: 4292.21
  • Target 1: 4255.08

Gold did not go down. It went up, through 4292.21, and kept going to 4311 before settling at 4306.43.

The stop was taken. Risk on that ticket was 13.02, and that is what it cost.

No target was reached. The trade did exactly nothing right.

Gold M30: Stopped at 4294.56

Gold price prediction today M30 chart with price above yesterday's stop loss level
Gold M30. Same entry, wider stop, same outcome.
  • Signal Entry: 4279.19 (sell)
  • Stop Loss: 4294.56
  • Target 1: 4255.08

Same entry as M15, wider stop because M30 measures its own volatility and gives itself more room. That extra room bought it nothing. Price went through 4294.56 on the same move.

Stopped out. Risk was 15.37.

Two tickets, two losses, no targets, in a single session.

And here is the part I want you to sit with for a second. I wrote about these two tickets yesterday in front of everybody who reads this blog. I described the entries, the stops and the targets in full. I said plainly that the tickets were open and unresolved and that I did not know how they would end.

They ended badly. That is the business.

And Two That Closed Ahead

Gold H1: Target 1 Banked, Then the Trail

Gold price forecast today H1 chart showing target 1 hit and the trailing stop taken on the rally
Gold H1. Down to 4243, target 1 banked at 4274.48, then the trail was taken on the way back up.

This was the ticket I published on Wednesday while it was still running:

  • Signal Entry: 4319.66 (sell)
  • Target 1: 4274.48, marked HIT
  • Trailing stop, which had walked down to 4294.94 by Thursday morning

Gold fell to roughly 4243 overnight on Wednesday. Target 1 at 4274.48 was reached comfortably. Then gold turned, rallied back up, and the trailing stop closed the position on the way through.

Target 1 banked, and the position closed above where it opened rather than below it.

I did not decide when to exit. I did not sit there wondering whether to take profit or let it run. The trail moved down behind price on its own while gold fell, and it took the trade off when gold came back.

Silver H1: Target 1 Banked, Then the Trail

Silver price forecast today H1 chart showing target 1 hit and the trailing stop taken
Silver H1. Down to 63.10, target 1 banked at 63.544, then closed on the trail in the rally to 65.
  • Signal Entry: 65.398 (sell)
  • Target 1: 63.544
  • Trailing stop, at 64.472 as of Thursday morning

Silver dropped to around 63.10 in the early hours of Thursday. Target 1 at 63.544 was reached with room to spare. Then silver turned hard and ran back to 65.045, taking the trailing stop out on the way.

Same story as gold H1. Target banked, closed ahead of entry, no decision required from me.

The Scorecard

Ticket Entry Outcome
Gold M15 4279.19 sell Stopped out at 4292.21
Gold M30 4279.19 sell Stopped out at 4294.56
Gold H1 4319.66 sell Target 1 hit, closed on trail
Silver H1 65.398 sell Target 1 hit, closed on trail

Four tickets. Two stopped. Two closed ahead with a target banked.

Every one of them published in advance, on this blog, with the entry, the stop and the three targets shown in full, before the outcome was known. You can go back and read Thursday’s post and check every number against what I have just written.

Silver Is Also Standing Aside

Silver price forecast today H4 chart with Direction Sniper NO TRADE and stand aside status
Silver H4. Identical picture to gold. H4 up, D1 down, no verdict.

Silver’s panel reads exactly like gold’s. H4 UP, D1 DOWN, all three entry timeframes UP, Status Stand aside. Silver is at 65.045.

Both metals rallied hard together on Friday and both flipped their H4 on the same move. Neither is issuing anything today.

Why I Am Showing You the Losses

Because you have seen a hundred trading pages showing you winners, and you already know what those are worth.

Anybody can screenshot a good trade after it finishes. The screenshot proves nothing, because you never saw the trades that did not get screenshotted.

The only thing that means anything is publishing the ticket before you know, and then reporting whatever happens. That is what I did on Wednesday and Thursday, and this is the report. Two of the four lost money. I am not going to quietly leave those out and show you the two that worked.

If I did that, the two that worked would be worthless to you, and you would be right to think so.

The Rule That Produced All Four

Here is what actually did the work across those four tickets, and it is the same thing in each case.

A ticket only exists when the timeframes agree. H4 and D1 decide whether a trade is authorised at all. M15, M30 and H1 decide when. If they do not line up, nothing gets issued, no matter how obvious the chart looks to your eye.

The stop is calculated, not chosen. 4292.21 on M15 and 4294.56 on M30 were not levels I picked because they felt right. Each timeframe measured its own volatility and set its own distance. When they were hit, they were hit, and the loss was 13.02 and 15.37 rather than whatever a bad afternoon might have turned it into.

The trail moves on its own. On gold H1 and silver H1 the trailing level walked down behind price while the market fell, banked the first target, and closed the position when the market came back. I made no decision at any point. There was no three in the morning debate about whether to take profit.

And when the direction changes, it stops. Today H4 turned and both metals went to NO TRADE. No smaller position. No “the trend is probably still down”. Stand aside, close the platform, go and do something else.

Two of those four tickets lost. The system still worked correctly on all four, because the system’s job is not to be right every time. It is to make the losses small, take the decisions off you, and stop issuing tickets when the conditions are gone.

What Has To Happen Next

H4 and D1 have to agree again. Either D1 turns UP and the verdict becomes BUY, or H4 turns back DOWN and the verdict returns to SELL. Until one of those happens, gold and silver stay on NO TRADE and no ticket will be built on any timeframe.

Do not front run it. The strong temptation after a rally like today is to decide the trend has reversed and start buying. The tool is explicitly refusing to say that, because one gatekeeper still disagrees.

Expect nothing over the weekend. The metals market closes shortly. Monday is when this gets resolved.

Get the Same Panel on Your Charts

Everything above came off one panel: the verdict, the entries, the stops, the targets and the trailing levels. Nothing was drawn by hand and nothing was decided in the moment.

The Direction Sniper, Gold and Silver Edition reads H4 and D1 for you and prints one verdict: BUY, SELL or NO TRADE. It builds a complete ticket with an entry, a stop loss and three targets only when an entry timeframe genuinely agrees with that verdict. The trailing level moves by itself. And on days like today it puts Stand aside on your screen and issues nothing at all.

It will not make you right every time. Two of the four tickets above lost money and the tool did not prevent that, because nothing prevents that. What it does is size the loss before you take the trade, take the exit decision out of your hands, and shut up entirely on the days when the conditions are not there.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the gold price forecast today, 25 September 2026?
The Direction Sniper reads H4 as UP and D1 as DOWN, so the two direction timeframes disagree and the verdict is NO TRADE. All three entry timeframes are UP. The Status line reads Stand aside. Gold is trading at 4306.43.

What is the silver price forecast today?
Identical. H4 UP, D1 DOWN, all entry timeframes UP, Status Stand aside. Silver is at 65.045. No ticket is being issued on either metal.

What happened to the gold tickets published yesterday?
The M15 ticket entered at 4279.19 with a stop at 4292.21 and was stopped out. The M30 ticket entered at 4279.19 with a stop at 4294.56 and was also stopped out. Neither reached a target.

What happened to the gold and silver H1 tickets?
Both reached their first target and then closed on the trailing stop when the metals rallied. Gold H1 entered at 4319.66 with Target 1 at 4274.48. Silver H1 entered at 65.398 with Target 1 at 63.544.

Why does the indicator say NO TRADE when gold is clearly rallying?
Because H4 and D1 disagree. H4 has turned UP but D1 is still DOWN. The tool requires both direction timeframes to point the same way before it authorises anything, and a rally on its own is not enough.

Trading foreign exchange, metals and CFDs carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The tickets described here are examples read from a chart, not recommendations to buy or sell, and two of the four described resulted in a loss.
