AUD USD Forecast Today, 28 September 2026: One Ticket Complete, Two Currently Losing
Here is the aud usd forecast today, 28 September 2026, and I am going to give you the whole picture rather than the flattering half of it.
Four tickets on the Aussie right now. One has reached all three targets and closed. One has banked its first target. And two are currently below water, sitting the wrong side of their entries as I write.
All four are published here, open and unresolved where they are still running, before anyone knows how they end.
AUD USD Forecast Today: Full Agreement Across Every Timeframe
Every row on the panel points the same way.
- Sniper Direction: SELL
- Entry timeframes: M15 DOWN, M30 DOWN, H1 DOWN
- Direction: H4 DOWN, D1 DOWN
- Status: Sell on M15, M30, H1, H4
H4 and D1 both grant permission, and all three entry timeframes agree with them. That is the condition the Direction Sniper is built to find, and it is why there are tickets on every chart today.
AUD USD is trading at 0.70206.
H4: All Three Targets Reached

- Signal Entry: 0.71111 (sell)
- Stop Loss: 0.71343
- Target 1: 0.70879 HIT
- Target 2: 0.70648 HIT
- Target 3: 0.70416 HIT
- Status: All targets reached
This ticket fired on the four hour chart and it has run its full course.
The risk was 23.2 pips, entry to stop. The three targets were spaced at one, two and three times that distance: 23.2, 46.3 and 69.5 pips below the entry.
The Aussie went through all three. Price is now at 0.70206, which is below every level this ticket was ever asked to reach, and the panel greys the whole thing out and prints All targets reached in green because there is nothing left for it to do.
The stop was 23.2 pips. That number was calculated by the indicator before the trade existed. It was never a level I chose because it felt about right, and it was never mine to widen when the trade went briefly against me.
M15: Target 1 Banked, and the Trail Is Closing In

- Signal Entry: 0.70209 (sell)
- Trailing Stop: 0.70253
- Target 1: 0.70124 HIT
- Target 2: 0.70040
- Target 3: 0.69955
Tighter timeframe, tighter everything. Targets spaced 8.5 pips apart rather than 23.2.
Target 1 at 0.70124 has been reached. Then the Aussie bounced back up to 0.70201, and the trailing stop now sits at 0.70253, which is about five pips above the current price.
So this ticket is live and it is close. Either AUD USD turns back down toward 0.70040, or it lifts five more pips and the trail closes the position with the first target banked.
I do not know which. I am publishing it now, mid flight, exactly as it stands.
M30 and H1: Both Currently Below Water

M30
- Signal Entry: 0.70140 (sell)
- Stop Loss: 0.70288
- Targets: 0.69992, 0.69844, 0.69697

H1
- Signal Entry: 0.70141 (sell)
- Trailing Stop: 0.70294
- Targets: 0.69962, 0.69784, 0.69605
Both of these are sell tickets. Both entered around 0.70140. AUD USD is trading at 0.70207.
That means both are roughly 6.7 pips the wrong side of their entries right now. Neither has reached a target. The M30 stop is about 8 pips above current price. The H1 trail is about 8.6 pips above it.
They may turn and run at 0.69992 and 0.69962. They may lift another eight pips and both get taken out for a loss.
I do not know, and I am not going to wait until Wednesday and then only mention the one that worked.
Why Two Losing Tickets Are In a Winning Post
Because the H4 ticket on this page reached all three of its targets, and on its own that chart proves nothing at all.
You have seen a thousand screenshots of completed winners. You already know what they are worth, because you never get to see the ones that quietly did not get screenshotted.
So here is the full board on the Aussie this morning, good and bad together, while two of the four are still unresolved:
| Timeframe | Entry | Status right now |
|---|---|---|
| H4 | 0.71111 | All three targets reached |
| M15 | 0.70209 | Target 1 banked, trail 5 pips away |
| M30 | 0.70140 | Currently 6.7 pips below water |
| H1 | 0.70141 | Currently 6.7 pips below water |
Last Friday I published two gold tickets that were stopped out for a loss, with every number shown. This morning the same tool reached all three targets on gold’s M15 chart in a 150 point move.
Both of those posts are still up. So is this one, with two open positions that are currently losing.
That is the standard here. You see all of them.
The Same Dollar Move That Took Gold Down 150 Points
This is not an Aussie story on its own.
Gold has fallen roughly 150 points since Friday. AUD USD has fallen from 0.7111 to 0.7020. Both moves are the same dollar strength expressed in two different markets.
That matters for a very practical reason. If you traded the Aussie short and the gold short at the same time this morning, you were not diversified across two markets. You had one dollar position in two costumes, at double the size you thought.
The panel reads each chart on its own and prints an honest verdict for that chart. It does not know what else is open in your account and it will not stop you doubling up. That part is yours, and it is worth knowing before the signals arrive rather than after.
What Has To Stay True
H4 and D1 must both stay DOWN. The moment either turns, the SELL verdict disappears and all three open tickets lose their justification, wherever price happens to be.
The stops are the stops. M30 at 0.70288, H1 at 0.70294, M15 trailing at 0.70253. Two of those are about to be tested. Widening a stop because price is eight pips away is the single most expensive habit in retail trading, and the whole point of reading levels off a panel is that the panel does not get nervous.
Do not chase the H4 move. That ticket entered at 0.71111 and the Aussie is at 0.70206. Ninety pips have already happened. If a fresh entry is justified, the panel will build one and the alert will fire.
Read Four Timeframes From One Panel
Everything on this page came off one indicator on four charts. The verdict, four entries, four protective levels, twelve target prices and the plain statement that two of the tickets are currently losing.
No lines drawn. No stop distances worked out at midnight. No deciding for yourself whether a bounce means the trend is over.
The Direction Sniper reads H4 and D1 for you and prints one verdict per pair: BUY, SELL or NO TRADE. It builds a complete ticket, with an entry, a protective level and three targets, only when a timeframe genuinely agrees with that verdict. When nothing agrees, it says Stand aside and gives you nothing at all.
It will not make you right every time. Two of the four tickets on this page are underwater as I write, and I published two outright losses on gold three days ago.
What it does is size the risk before the trade exists, move the protective level for you while it runs, mark each target as it is reached, and refuse to issue anything on the days the conditions are not there.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the AUD USD forecast today, 28 September 2026?
The Direction Sniper reads H4 and D1 as both DOWN, giving a SELL verdict, with M15, M30 and H1 all in agreement. The Status line reads Sell on M15, M30, H1, H4. AUD USD is trading at 0.70206.
Did the AUD USD tickets reach their targets?
The H4 ticket entered at 0.71111 and reached all three targets at 0.70879, 0.70648 and 0.70416. The M15 ticket entered at 0.70209 and has reached Target 1 at 0.70124. The M30 and H1 tickets entered around 0.70140 and have not reached any target yet.
Are any of the AUD USD tickets losing?
Yes. Both the M30 and H1 tickets entered around 0.70140 as sells and AUD USD is currently at 0.70207, which puts them roughly 6.7 pips the wrong side of their entries. They are published here open and unresolved.
Why did AUD USD fall today?
The move is part of broad dollar strength that also took gold down roughly 150 points from Friday. AUD USD and gold falling together is one dollar move showing up in two markets rather than two separate opportunities.
Should I sell AUD USD now?
The H4 ticket entered at 0.71111 and roughly ninety pips of the move has already happened. No new ticket has been issued at current levels. This is education, not advice, and every trader is responsible for their own decisions.
